What you can write to us about

• A bug in a tool: a wrong result, an error message or a page that does not work in your browser.
• A mistake or an outdated statement in a guide.
• An idea for a new tool or for a feature in an existing one.
• A question or request about your personal data (see the Privacy Policy).
• Advertising and partnership enquiries.

Helping us fix a problem

For a bug, tell us which tool you used, what you entered, what you expected and what you got instead, plus your browser and operating system. For a guide, include the link to the page and, if you can, the source that shows the correct information.

Please never send real passwords, API keys, access tokens or other secrets, not even to show us a problem. Replace them with made-up values that trigger the same behaviour. We will never ask you for a password.

You can write in English or Spanish. We read every message, although we cannot promise to answer all of them.
